This location is in the rural and remote area which is the smallest town in the province of South Cotabato.
This is a local and independent Church and Ministry that belonged to the evangelical and Pentecostal Churches.
Our Church Primary Local Foundation
We believe in the universal Church of Jesus Christ that started in the life of the Apostles up to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ was founded by the Lord Jesus Christ himself. And we are part of that.
As local church, beside the Jerusalem Church started by the Apostles, there is a fact that cannot be denied the starting time. That is why we do not participate in the belief that as a new local church started on a particular year, is not a church of Jesus Christ.
We believe the True Church of Jesus Christ is a group of people that believe the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Only the Gospel as the primary foundation of our the local Churches, nothing more. As local church planters like the Apostles, they are only the secondary foundation of the local Churches, therefore we heard such and so as founders of a certain denomination.
The Bible contains the gospel, but not the whole Bible is the gospel. The Old Testament in the Bible is the word of God to the entirety, that guides and points to the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, but it is not the Gospel itself.
You may believe the Old Testament as the word of God and reject the gospel found in the New Testament, you have missed up something that is the most important part of our salvation.
As Apostle Paul said;
Only the gospel is the power of God unto salvation which the Holy Spirit could use to enlighten individuals.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16 KJV
The gospel shows who we are and what we are. It gives as a mirror at the front of us, so that we can see ourselves that we are in need of something that no one can give us, except God alone. Unless we see our real spiritual identity we cannot realize our need of a savior.
The fact of our spiritual identity you may accept it or not, you may believe it or not, and you do not even know about it, cannot change your actual identity as you are destined to damnation.
If you are ignorant about your real spiritual identity, you need to be enlightened. Here is the key. Once you have heard about who you are and what you are or you absolutely know your real identity, and you see the way that your identity can be changed, no need to be delayed before it took place. I believe no one would not grab it right away.
The problem why many people are not living in relationship with God, because they do not see their real identity. They are lack of proper teaching of the word of God. They are ignorant. Why? It is because they have been blinded by the god of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4). They cannot see their actual and real spiritual identity.
That is the purpose of the Gospel. That is why the Lord Jesus Christ commanded to preach the gospel (Mark 15:19-20). That is why Apostle Paul was not ashamed of the Gospel. Because only the power of the gospel could break the spiritual blindness.
The Holy Spirit cannot enlighten a person without the Gospel. The gospel must be preached and be heard. It is the powerful tool of a preacher combined with prayer and the Holy Spirit. It is where the Holy Spirit can work in the person’s heart.
As Humanity We Have A Sinful Nature
We believe that as a person we have a sinful nature, no one is perfect and no one that has not done any wrong or sin against God. God is perfect and holy and man as the whole humanity living in a sinful nature is not worthy to have a relationship and fellowship with God.
That sinful or old nature must die and must be risen with a newness of life that comes from God (Romans 6:4), that could be connected with God as having a relationship as Son and Father relationship. That could take place when that person experienced the born again experience.
Only the sinful nature that must have to die not the person. The person is what God loved so much not the sinful nature. God hates that sinful nature. Sinful nature is attached to every person ever born on earth. Speaking about attachment, there is a way to be removed.
When should be that attachment of a sinful nature be removed from us?
